Compromise (flexibility):

When used and not abused in a strategic situation, can be the most useful tool when identified with customers' "out of scope" developments.

Consistency:

Is a reflection of a supplier's continuous positive performance and a customer's dependency upon it.

Capabilities:

Good Suppliers never attempt to manufacture product that may tarnish their customer's integrity; they only construct what brightens theirs. Know your supplier's limitations, force-feeding can easily back fire.

Comfort:

Through hard work and perseverance, coupled with maintaining the integrity of the aforesaid mentioned factors. Comfort may be the most difficult to achieve, but the easiest to compromise.
